Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?

You can purchase up to 100 different products directly through our website in a single order. If you wish to purchase more than 100 items, you will need to place multiple orders. For very large bulk inquiries, please contact our support team to discuss possibilities.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Once your order is processed (which takes 1-2 business days), delivery typically takes 5-8 working days. For remote locations like Jammu & Kashmir and parts of North East India, delivery may take up to 10 working days. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 2 weeks depending on product availability and external factors.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India.

What are the shipping charges?

We are happy to offer free shipping on all products across India, with no minimum order value.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send the tracking information to the email address and WhatsApp number you provided. If you do not receive your tracking details within 48 hours of placing the order, please email us at rantbeehelp@gmail.com.

My tracking says "Delivered," but I haven't received my package. What should I do?

Please check with your family members, neighbours, or your building's security or mailroom, as they may have accepted the package on your behalf. If you still cannot locate your order, you must contact us at rantbeehelp@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification. We will launch an investigation with our courier partner, which can take 10-12 working days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a wide range of payment methods, including UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and other major online payment options through our secure payment gateway, Razorpay.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Please note that all COD orders require verification before they are dispatched. There are no extra charges for COD orders.

Are my payment details secure?

Absolutely. Our store is powered by Shopify, and we use Razorpay, a trusted and secure payment gateway. Your credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks, ensuring your personal and financial details are kept safe.

Why was my payment declined?

What is your return and exchange policy?

  • Exchanges: You can request an exchange for a different size or a wrong product received within 5 days of delivery.
  • Returns: We only process returns and offer refunds in genuine cases of defective or damaged products. You must inform us within 5 days of delivery to be eligible for a return.

How do I start a return or exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at rantbeehelp@gmail.com with your order ID, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product. An unboxing video is compulsory for processing any claims for damaged or wrong products.

Are there any items that cannot be returned or refunded?

Yes, the following conditions apply:

  • Products that have been used or washed cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Products must have their original sticker label attached and be in their original packaging.
  • Products purchased during a sale or using a discount code are not eligible for a refund.
  • We do not offer refunds for size-related issues, but we provide a free exchange.

Who pays for the return shipping?

For exchanges due to size issues or if you received the wrong product, we will arrange for a reverse pickup at no extra cost to you. In the rare and exceptional case that a return is accepted for a reason other than a product defect, a fee of ₹120 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the reverse logistics cost.

How and when will I get my refund?

Refunds are only issued for defective products. Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment source or provided bank account within 5-12 business days.

Are the colours of the products shown on the website accurate?

We make every effort to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in screen settings and lighting, the T-shirt's colour and design may vary slightly from what you see online. Returns will not be accepted for slight variations in colour or design.

How should I care for my Rantbee apparel?

To ensure the longevity of your printed apparel, we recommend machine washing in cold water, inside-out, on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang-dry in the shade. Avoid using bleach and do not iron directly on the print.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

Please do not accept packages that appear damaged at the time of delivery. If you have already accepted the package, you must email us at rantbeehelp@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with your compulsory unboxing video and photos of the damaged item.

Do I need to create an account to shop at Rantbee?

No, you can shop with us using our guest checkout feature. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders easily and saves your details for faster checkout in the future.

An unboxing video is required. What exactly should it show?

Your unboxing video should be a single, unedited clip that clearly shows the sealed package from all angles, the process of opening the package, and the product inside. This helps us verify claims of damage or wrong items received during transit.

What happens if I refuse to accept my COD order?

We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if customer verification is not completed. Refusing a confirmed COD order at your doorstep may lead to restrictions on future COD orders for your account.
