Washing Instructions

⚡ Use Cold Water & Gentle Detergents
  Wash in cold water to maintain the fabric's integrity and prevent shrinking.
⚡ Skip the Spin Cycle
  Avoid machine spinning to prevent deep creases or structural damage.
⚡ Air Dry Only
  Hang dry in a shaded area. Avoid using a dryer to prevent shrinkage.
⚡ Iron Inside Out
  If needed, iron on a low setting inside out to smooth out any creases.

Exchanges (for Damaged or Defective Items)
We want to ensure your Rantbee item is absolutely perfect! If you received a product that is misprinted, damaged, or has a manufacturing defect, we will happily replace it with a new one at no cost to you.

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that:
⚡ Your request is made within 5 days of the delivery date.
⚡ The issue is a result of a misprint, damage in transit, or a manufacturing defect.

How to Start an Exchange:
⚡ To initiate the exchange process, please contact us at support@rantbee.com or   WhatsApp us at 7388675914 with your order number. To help us resolve this for you   quickly, you must include the following:
⚡ A clear unboxing video of the package.
⚡ Photographs that clearly show the defect or damage.
⚡ A photograph of the original packaging your order arrived in.

Once we verify the issue, we will get a replacement order processed for you right away! Please note: As our items are printed on-demand especially for you, we are unable to offer exchanges for buyer's remorse. Please review the dimensions carefully before purchasing.

Returns & Refunds Our goal is for you to love your order. If your item is incorrect, damaged, or defective and you would prefer a refund instead of an exchange, please contact us.
