Exchanges (for Damaged or Defective Items)

We want to ensure your Rantbee item is absolutely perfect! If you received a product that is misprinted, damaged, or has a manufacturing defect, we will happily replace it with a new one at no cost to you.

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that:

⚡ Your request is made within 5 days of the delivery date.
⚡ The issue is a result of a misprint, damage in transit, or a manufacturing defect.

How to Start an Exchange:

⚡ A clear unboxing video of the package.
⚡ Photographs that clearly show the defect or damage.
⚡ A photograph of the original packaging your order arrived in.

Once we verify the issue, we will get a replacement order processed for you right away!

Please note: As our items are printed on-demand especially for you, we are unable to offer exchanges for incorrect sizing or buyer's remorse. Please review the size chart carefully before purchasing.
